Terms of Use

1. The Maricopa County Recorder sends messages regarding the Maricopa Title Alert Program (the “Program”) when an alert is triggered. These messages will contain a URL link to our website that provide information about the identified recording(s). Message frequency varies.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply "STOP" to the message from Maricopa Title Alert. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to receive text notifications again, you must reply via SMS with “START”. Then go back to your profile on the Maricopa Title Alert site and set your preferred method to text again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected] and 602-506-3535.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

7. Maricopa County expressly disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, with respect to the services and information provided by the Maricopa Title Alert Program. Maricopa County shall not be liable for errors contained herein or for any damages in connection with the use of the Program. In no event shall Maricopa County be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damage of any kind whatsoever with respect to the Program. The services and information provided through the Program are provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis. Evaluating the accuracy and reliability of the materials is the responsibility of the user.
