DEADLINE for submission of your Early Voting materials must be received on or before Election day, no later than 7:00 p.m. Arizona Time. POSTMARKS DO NOT COUNT.

For complete submission of your Early Voting materials, please review the following below:

1. Complete your ballot.
2. Sign the Early Ballot Affidavit.
3. Return your SIGNED Early Ballot Affidavit and Ballot(s).

How to return your Early Voting materials

Option 1. MAIL

• Prepaid Postage
  You must use the prepaid return envelope template to receive free postage. The prepaid template is in your voting instructions on page 3, included with your early packet.

• International Mail
  If you are mailing your Early Voting materials from a foreign post office, you must apply the correct postage. You can refer to the mailing options on page 2 of the voting instructions, included with your early packet.

Option 2. EMAIL or FAX
You can email your Early Voting materials to [email protected] or fax your Early Voting materials to 602-635-2248.

Option 3. Electronically UPLOAD your Early Voting materials
To upload your Early Voting materials to the portal, you must have a portal account. If you do not have an account, click on the button "Don't have a Portal Account?" and follow the instructions, until you complete the process.

If you have a portal account, go to the login form under "Welcome Back!" and enter your current email address and password you created for this account.
